The Torrey's Textbook, and its associated appendix by David Allen Reed have been proofread and are believed to be accurate. We have access to a Nave's Topical Bible, but haven't started proofing this text. We don't have a source for any other reference or Bible other than the Authorized/KJV, so we rely on the original source to be accurate. We feel that we have translated the original non-HTML source fairly faithfully, however most of these texts do have some errors. If you find an error, please let us know and tell us if you have a copy of the original or simply believe there is an error, giving the correction needed if at all possible. A photocopied page would be most helpful in the case of an error.
Interested parties can drop the webmaster a note. However, you should be aware that the scripts rely heavily on the way the source HTML text is loaded on our system, and make use of certain binary programs which will not be available on Microsoft based systems of any flavor, although their source code is frequently public-domain and could be compiled as needed.
Nonetheless, if your site would like to mirror some of our files, we would be willing to open a dialogue on that subject. The more sources people have to access and study God's word, the better. Although tiny by some large repository standards, this is still a large site for a church to run. The current on-line documents take around 156 MBytes to store with virtually no graphics, not including the ftp archives. Archives and databases to run the scripts increase the total size to around 1 GB. Weigh this fact and its attendant costs before looking to mirror the site.
I use a slightly modified MicroEMACS 4.00 character based text editor, and enter the HTML by hand. Growing up on UNIX and doing all of my text formatting in that environment with groff makes hand entry of HTML almost second nature. I've experimented with some HTML editors, but nothing seems as fast as just entering stuff by hand.

The CGI script which serves up chapters has been modified to provide this - a link at the top goes to the previous chapter (or previous book's last chapter) and a link at the bottom goes to the next chapter (or next book's first chapter). Thanks Jerry.
The CGI script which serves up parallel translations has been modified to provide this - Thanks Terry.
Darby note links dumped through the parallel Bible display program have been repaired (12/17/1998) - apologies to our friends at samford.edu.
